We are passionate about working on hard problems. We strive to help companies better navigate workforce risk by taking a human centered approach. We ultimately want people to be treated as individuals but the challenge in that is that 1) We don’t have many great frameworks to understand each individual and 2) Managing individual responses doesn’t scale… until now.
With the challenges keeping talent, we believe that our solution can help companies understand and respond to risk by supporting people is cheaper than backfilling roles or managing an incident.
